By registering and using BoomMania (hereinafter, the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you may not access or use the Game.

2. Service Description

2.1 BoomMania is offered in its alpha phase, without any purchase within the application.
2.2 Available features:

1. User registration and account creation.
2. Character selection.
3. Access to a “chat and play” metaverse-style environment.
4. Creation and customization of virtual islands.
5. Participation in events and mini-games.
6. Social interaction with other players.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities occurring under your account.
3.3 BoomMania reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License of Use

4.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game as provided.
4.2 Reverse engineering, copying, unauthorized distribution, or commercial exploitation of BoomMania is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

5.1 The following is prohibited:

• Offensive, defamatory content or any content inciting hatred.
• Harassment, threats, or violations of other players’ privacy.
• Cheats, hacks, or bots that alter the game experience.

5.2 Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent banning.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All BoomMania rights, including graphics, codes, trademarks, and content, belong to the Developer or its licensors.
6.2 You acquire no ownership rights over the brand, registered trademarks, or intellectual property, except for the license granted herein.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 By publishing or sharing content (messages, island designs, etc.), you grant BoomMania a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and publish such content within the Game.
7.2 You are responsible for the content you create, and BoomMania will not publish material infringing third-party rights.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 BoomMania processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 BoomMania is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
9.2 The Game is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or any harm arising from its use.

10. Modifications

BoomMania may update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified in advance, and if you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game.

11. Termination

BoomMania may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Game if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
